Boat Tours Bantry Bay

Bantry Bay in West Cork stretches 9km from the Atlantic and the warm Gulf Stream gives the area abundant marine life. The coast and cliffs of the Sheep’s Head and Beara Peninsulas enclose the bay and its islands include Whiddy, Garnish and Bere Island.  You may see grey seal colonies, dolphins, porpoises and possibly whales or the white-tailed sea eagle nesting in Bantry Bay. Two boat tours are available, one taking a max of 10 and the other up to 30 people.

Choose your boat tour then drive around either the Sheep’s Head or the Beara Peninsula, both of which have great walking routes. Activity Days will organise the tours to allow you to make the best use of your time in the area.
