5 Days in Ireland & Hidden Beara

Day 1        Drive to Beara from Cork or Shannon airport in the morning.
Lunch Stop in Glengariff for lunch and visit the sub- tropical island of Garnish by boat from the mainland. Viist Garnish Island by boat.
Afternoon Go to your accommodation and have a meal nearby, get to know your area
Evening Call to a tradiotional pub for music and a drink of Beara Gin or West Cork Whiskeys and Beers Traditional Music at night
Day 2 Drive from your accommodation along the stunning coastline to Dursey Headland. Take the Cable car to the Island and a guided walk to hear of the history of the island. Dursey Island Guided Walk & trip in Cable Car
Morning Have lunch in Allihies at the Mines Museum or one of the colourful pubs. See the history of mining in the area. Mines Museum and Cafe in Allihies
Afternoon See how the artists of the Beara use the landscape to in their work by  visiting them in their workshops with a local guide Visit Artists of Allihies in workshop’s
Evening Take a night Kayak on Bantry Bay at Glengariff to see the magical seals, Phosphorescence and an evening to remember Night Kayak on Bantry Bay
Day 3 Pick up a picnic of local cheese (Mileens, Durrus, Gubbeen), soda bread drinks. Drive around the headland and over the Connor Pass. Take a walk and picnic in the hidden valley of Glenincaquin Walk and Picnic in Hidden Valley
Take a chocolate making workshop in the afternoon and call to see the hidden valley of ….  Call to Molly Darcys craft shop with its old kitchen, poteen still and farm walk. Or spend the full day walking part of the Beara Way. Chocolate Making Workshop, Archeological Trail & Farm Walk
Day 4 Take the Ferry to Beare Island and a guided tour of this island with its portal dolmen, old military fortification, great Heritage centre and atmospheric …..Murphy’s Pub. Or hire a bike on the mainland and cycle the length of Beare Island, with a ferry at the end of each tip of the island. Ferry to Beare Island, Guided Walk or Cycle the Island. Visit Heritage centre
Afternoon A Sea Safari to see Bears Island from the sea and land back on the mainland. Sea Safari from Bears Island to Mainalnd.
Have a meal in a local restaurant of seafood, fresh from the sea and a local pint of Murphys or Guinness.
Day 5 After a hearty Irish Breakfast drive back to the airport, drop off the car and look at those amazing photos.
