Guided Boat trip on River Lee
– Take a Guided self-drive boat trip for 1 hour from the city centre Quays to Blackrock Castle and back.. See Cork city from the water as you drive the boat along the river with a guide to tell you of the history. Pass the Fords Factory, Pairc uí Caoimh to the castle. Boat with fuel and lifejackets provided, takes max 4 per boat and need booked 5 days in advance.

For a family or group of friends pose for a fun Vintage Photograph. Priceumes for each person are provided for the shoot as well as a 10 x 8 mounted photograph of the occasion. Extra copies can be ordered from photographer. The price depends on the number of people in the Group.

Kinsale
Kinsale Old Head Coastal Tour Guided 1/2 Day
Meet at the stunning Old Head of Kinsale where your guide will provide a mountain bike and safety equipment. Then follow the coast in a loop cycle.
Fitness level 2 as it is on the level for most part. Takes place Fri, Sat, Sun or Mon. Price €50 pp.
At the start of the Wild Atlantic Way in Kinsale take a 2 hour walk with an artist to learn to draw what you see as you go along the way. Enjoy the views of this stunning town with stops to draw what you see.The idea is to create a lot of fast responsive drawing and can be tailored to special interests in landscape/architecture/history. Materials provided are notebook to keep, with watercolours, inky ones and pencils for use during the walk. Walks on Wednesday or Saturday at 2pm. Can be organised for groups in Cork city or close to Kinsale.

Spend a day’s Deep Sea Angling with an experienced skipper to guide you off the Old Head of Kinsale. The boat has all modern comforts and can take 2-12 people for a day’s fishing. Tack and rods for fishing can be rented at the pier before departure. Group rate for 6+ people.

Paddleboarding is a fun sport for all the family and is available in Kinsale. Why not book a 2-hour lesson with an expert instructor who provides all the equipment (boards, paddles, wetsuits. Bring your own footwear.).

Old Head Kinsale Wildlife Tour
See the Old Head of Kinsale from the sea with its abundant birds nesting in cliffs. The comfortable boat departs at 10am and 2pm close to Kinsale and Clonakilty daily. Minke whale feature from March to November while seasonal possibilities include fin whales, basking sharks, dolphin. Weather dependent.

North Cork
Location: Various starting points are available: Kinsale, Clonakilty, Timoleague, Crookhaven or Bantry. Choose 2 of the following activities for a day of fun, ideal for team building or hen or stag party:-

- Orienteering
All equipment will be provided by the Guides. Price €40 for a half day or €70 for a full day
Group Activity at a centre in North Cork – for more than 6 people. Pick from a package of activities on water, land or high harness. On water you can go kayaking, raft building or wake boarding. On land you can try archery, rope work or bouldering (rock climbing indoors). With the aid of a harness take a biplane over the lake, abseil the side of a quarry or take a 160m biplane across the lake. Pick a half day or full day package of activities.
West Cork
Take a guided walk at Castlefreke near Clonakilty or Lough Hyne on a Tuesday am and pm or by arrangement. Only experienced walkers could do both walks in 1 day.The Castlefreke walk start and ends at the beach. Hear the history of the area, why the castle is in ruin, the stories of the area and enjoy the view. Walk of about 3 hours and 11km long. Minimum number required, takes place Tuesday 10am (July & August)
Fitness Level 2. Time 10am Tuesday. Price €35pp.
The Lough Hyne, near Skibbereen overlooks the nature reserve lake and has an unique eco system. The walk is a loop walk of about 7km and 2.5 hours, with hills is more strenuous walk. Minimum group number for each walk and takes place on Tuesday 3pm (July & Aug).

The Photo walk is one of the best things to do in the historical town of Clonakilty, on the wild atlantic way. The guide will take you to a hidden church, the site of the original castle, the derelict brewery that was once the town’s centre of commerce. The photo walk with a professional photographer will begin and end at the Clonakilty Community Arts Centre. Learn to use your DSLR camera or other camera to get the best photographs.Day:- Friday 10am-4pm, Fitness Level 2. Price €89 (Group rate 5+)
Take a trip with the difference at dusk and kayak with a Guide to see the phosphorescence off the sea. This trip is only available in end of July and August due to this magical natural phenomena. Meet near Glengarriff at 7.30 pm until about 10pm, weekends July & August or by arrangement. Kayak and equipment provided.Group 4 minimum, max 8 people.
Departs form Baltimore or Schull with a minimum of 8 passengers in the evening with time dependent on Sunset, but normally after 7pm on summer evenings. This boat has lifejackets, toilets for passengers and often encounter dolphins, seals and birds on the way. Take that magic photo of Fastnet lighthouse as the red sun sets to the west. Cost €49 per person
Lough Hyne, West Cork is a marine nature reserve and saltwater tidal lake which was formed in the last ice age. The lough has nutrient rich water flood at high tide with a wide variety of marine life and diversity. There are rapids, lovely cliff faces, and a wide variety of marine life including scallops starfish and urchins. The Guide provides the semi-dry suit (in various sizes), boots, masks, fins, snorkel and buoyancy aid.
This area is famous for its spectacular, unspoilt scenery and there are walks to suit all levels of ability. The Sheep’s Head has up to 90 km of walking trails over rough terrain.
Half Day – Sheep’s Head Loop Walk on Wednesday am for approx. 3 hours with min of 4 people or by arrangement for a group.
Fitness Level 3. Price €35.
Day – Magic of Sheep’s Head – For a more strenuous walk try a five hour route visiting old copper mines and the ruins of settlements along the Sheep’s Head. Wednesday’s 10am start with min 4 people, or by arrangement for a group.

Sea Safari in West Cork – Take a Sea Safari in a Ribcraft boat, with its speed making it a fun experience and its shallow draft allowing it come in close to the coastline. Trips are weather dependent, but it is an exhilarating experience where you may see dolphins and porpoise, seal colonies, sea birds as well as basking sharks and whales in season. trips last 2.5 hours at 10.30am and 2pm daily. There is a maximum 12 per boat.

Evening Adventure Trip of 45 Minutes takes place in summer months. This trip around the historic Sherkin Island or along Roaring Water Bay passing Heir Island and the lovingly restored Kilcoe Castle. Fitness Level 2 Departs 6.30pm. Price €25.
Kerry
Meet the guide at 11 am in Killarney and take a walk to the National Park, learning of the history, nature and culture of the area. See the 15th century copper mines and Ross Castle where you board a boat for the short trip across Lough Leane to Innisfallen Island. The guide will tell of the history of the island which has wild deer and the ruins of a monastery. Bring a picnic and enjoy the beauty of Killarney National Park from the lake.
Time: 11am to 3 pm. Fitness Level 2/3. Price per person €35.
Boat trip around Skellig
Enjoy a powerboat trip with an expert local skipper. Admire the views of the dramatic Skellig Rock, made famous by the Star Wars The Force Awakens film, as it rises sheer from the Atlantic. This boat has toilet, great speed for your comfort and the local expert. Great demand for trips due to Star War’s films, we do not land on Skellig as unpredictable seas and more chance of cancellation though this trip is weather dependent. Minimum group required and must be booked 5 or more days in advance.
Fitness Level 2. Time 3pm. Price €55.
Gap of Dunloe, Killarney Cycling trip
Collect your bike in morning from the centre of Killarney and cycle to Ross Castle beside beautiful Lough Leane. Enjoy a boat trip across the lake and cycle through the dramatic Gap of Dunloe and county lanes back to Killarney. Choose to bring a picnic or have lunch in Lord Brandon’s cottage or stop at Kate Kearney’s cottage. This is a distance of about 15 km. To enjoy the dramatic scenery allow a full day for this trip.
