FITNESS LEVEL & GRADING ACTIVITIES
While we would like you to enjoy any activities we offer, our primary concern is for your safety and wellbeing.
Activities which include walking are graded based on fitness level needed for that activity into 5 categories. These are the grades given by the Irish National Trails Office to walks. Please confirm you have attained that level of fitness before booking an activity.
