There are many opportunities for fishing on rivers, lakes or at sea. Local Guides provide the equipment and knowledge and will take you to the best fishing places. We offer a Hike and Fish Day trip with a Guide to take you to lakes off the beaten path. We also offer Deep Sea Fishing packages in a number of locations where the skipper provides the necessary equipment and expertise.

Cork/Lee Valley
Fly Fishing is a skill which can be learned from an expert local guide. Fish on the bank or a river or a lake. Fishing rods and equipment provided with knowledge of the best fishing spots on the rivers. Local permits need to be purchased on the day.
Fitness Level 2. Day on River. Price €200.
Kinsale
Spend a day’s Deep Sea Angling with an experienced skipper to guide you off the Old Head of Kinsale. The boat has all modern comforts and can take 2-12 people for a day’s fishing. Tack and rods for fishing can be rented at the pier before departure. Group rate for 6+ people.
Fitness Level 2. Cost €85 per person.
North Cork
Go fishing on the bank of a lake close to Mallow – Bring your own equipment or a rod can be hired at the same centre for €5 in a small lake. The best time for fishing is from 4pm – 9pm in the evening when fish are more likely to be biting.

Kerry
Fishing on Lakes of Killarney in a boat with an experienced local guide take you. The expert guide will provide the rods, reels and flies, you need to bring suitable footwear, rainwear and warm clothing as well as food. Price is €250 ( 2 people max). Guide and boat. Permits are purchased locally on the day.
